The Amanda Hope Yarn Advent Kit for 2023 is based on the famous Art Nouveau artist, Czech born Alphonse Mucha’s Seasons series, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. they are depicted as four women set in a floral setting portrayed as innocent, sultry, fruitful and frosty. The colors of this collection will flow and be complemented by the full skein.

The kit is 24 minis + one 100 gram full skein (perfect for Ambah O'Brien's Allsorts Cape, which requires 24 minis and one full skein).  Helen Stewart (Curious Handmade is also using minis in her entire Knitvent pattern collection this year.). US shipping is just an additional $5!

The kit will include fun extras, some cool knitting notions and goodies.  Knitting notions retail value of well over $20.  Most kits will be sent UPS (except Canada) or the USPS in October.

If you're not in the US or Canada and want to purchase, there will be an ADDITIONAL shipping charge if the Actual amount you've paid is less than $10 the Actual shipping charge so that it can be shipped UPS Expedited (if necessary).  This will not be automatically added when you place your order because we will charge only the actual excess cost over what you pay when you check out, which of course will vary depending upon where you live.   If you check out and then the additional shipping is over your budget, you may cancel your order.

Fingering weight 4 ply Superwash 85% 19.5 micron Extra Fine Australian Merino 15% Nylon (Aussie Extra Fine Sock w/Nylon)

Minis are 20 grams/87 yards.  Kit is for the 24 minis, each individually wrapped and numbered 1-24.

One Full Skein - 100 grams/400 meters/437 yards of Aussie Extra Fine Sock w/Nylon (same as minis).

Recommended needle size 2.5 mm - 4 mm

Gauge (stockinette) 28 stitches x 36 rows over 10 cm/4 inches on 3.25 mm (US 3) needles

Hand dyed in Texas in small batches

Please hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best color retention.  Dyes may bleed slightly on initial washing.  Always test your gauge swatch for dyes bleeding when combining colors.
