Caddo (from publication Nomadic Knits Issue 10, Texas), Aussie Extra Fine Sport

Caddo is a design by Fiona Munro, published in Issue 10 of Nomadic Knits.

This listing is for yarn in the original color used by the designer, Fawn.  Yarn requirements are based on the designer's estimates as listed in the pattern.   If your size is sold out, chose the Dyed to Order option and order as many skeins as you'd like.  

You can also just use whichever color of Sport weight you like!  

The yarn is Aussie Extra Fine Sport, 100% Extra Fine Australian Merino, 100 grams per skein, 300 meters/327 yards.  

Designer's estimate of skeins:  

Size 32 inches to 40 inches - 3 skeins

Size 42 inches to 52 inches - 4 skeins

Size 56 to 64 inches  - 5 skeins

The pattern calls for a US Size 6 (4 mm) needle (available on the website), but please use whatever size gives you gauge or the fabric you like.  Remember that the yardage assumes that you knit on gauge.  Every knitter is different.

Our policy is to only ship yarn dyed at the same time in a yarn bundle, but please remember that even yarn hand dyed at the same time may vary in shade among the skeins due to the nature of hand dyeing, so you should examine your yarn and purposefully chose the order and/or alternate skeins every few rows.
