Perfect for that meditative knit with an easy to remember repeat. Easily customizable (parallelogram shape) with any amount of yarn, I'm whipping scarf sizes (using 5 minis) off my needles for a head start on gifts!

The Rook shawl is knitted from end to end with an all-over slip stitch pattern and i-cord edging. It has a simple construction, with increases on one side until half of the full length is finished, and decreases on the other side until the other end. 

The pattern includes instructions (both charts and written instructions) for two sizes, a scarf and a shawl, but the finished size is easily adjusted to make the most of the yarn you have.

• 19.5 micron Extra Fine Australian Merino 85% for Aussie Extra Fine Fingering & 15% Nylon 4 ply
• 100% Mulesing Free
• Spun in Italy
• Each Full Skein: Approximately 100 grams/400 meters or 3.5 oz./437 yards
• Each Mini Skein: Approx. 20 grams/80 meters or 0.7 oz 87yards
• Recommended needle size 2.5 mm - 4 mm
• Gauge (stockinette) 28 stitches x 36 rows over 10 cm/4 inches on 3.25 mm (US 3) needles

⚜️Hand dyed in Texas in small batches

⚜️Please hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best color retention.  Dyes may bleed slightly on initial washing.  Always test your gauge swatch for dyes bleeding when combining colors.
